The owner and founder of Bohemian Picnic Co. My journey began as an Airbnb host, where I had the pleasure of meeting wonderful guests from all over the world. Many of those connections have turned into lasting friendships, fueling my passion for bringing people together.
When I discovered the concept of luxury private picnics, I knew I had found my calling. I love creating joyful experiences for celebrations—or simply for the sake of having a good time. Sharing delicious food and laughter while making unforgettable memories is what inspired me to start this business. Since then, Bohemian Picnic Co. has blossomed into something special, and I’m thrilled to share that joy with you. Let’s create unforgettable memories together!

You are more than welcome to bring your own food. All picnic packages come with bottled water for each person.

Unfortunately, we don’t supply alcohol. We are not licensed for that. You are more than welcome to bring some on your own expense. Also make sure you follow any beach or park alcohol policy, we will not be responsible for any issues.

Rates start at $250 for up to 4 people. Each additional person is $25 per person.

We recommend booking at least one month in advance, based on how fast we get booked. The latest is 2 weeks before the set date, so we can work on details or special requests with you.
If it's less then 2 weeks, email us or call 251-284-8402 and we will do our best to fit you in!

Weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend you to have a backup indoor location in case of severe weather. If you don’t have any inside options, we will be more than happy to reschedule your event for another day. There is no extra fee for rescheduling.

This can happen to any of us, so we do understand. We give you 15 min to arrive after the booking time, after that your picnic and payment will be forfeited.

You can enjoy your picnic for two hours, after that we will charge $45 per hour. if you would like to leave before the picnic time is up, please contact us.

Yes! You can mix and match all our available colors with decor that we have. Let us know your ideas, and we will make it happen!

At Bohemian Picnic Co., we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue to provide high-quality experiences for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy bellow.
72+ hours before the event: Full refund or free rescheduling.
48-72 hours before the event: 50% refund or one-time free reschedule.
Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund, but rescheduling may be allowed with $50 rescheduling fee.

To secure your date and cover the prep costs we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking price.
The remaining balance should be due 72h before the picnic date
